By accessing or using the SomiroAI Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, pharmacies, distributors, and users.
1. Description of Service
SomiroAI Tool is a B2B SaaS platform that provides AI-powered cost optimization for Indian pharmacies. The service includes, but is not limited to, the automated extraction of purchase bills via IMAP email integration, document parsing, price comparison across distributors, and spend analytics.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials (including IMAP app passwords) that you use to access the Service.
- You must not disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
- You confirm that you have the legal right and authority to upload or connect the data (including purchase bills) to the platform.
3. Data Usage and AI Processing
By using the Service, you grant SomiroAI the right to process your uploaded purchase bills and emails using third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (such as Anthropic Claude or Groq). We use this data solely for the purpose of extracting pricing information, generating savings reports, and populating your dashboard. We do not sell your raw billing data to third parties.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SomiroAI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of the AI-extracted data. You are advised to independently verify critical pricing information before making purchasing decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SomiroAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
